For this card, I used distress stains instead of ink pads.
I actually couldn't figure out how he made butterflies... he used Clearly for Art film. I don't know if it's like acetate. Whatever it was he made something like real butterflies! Since I've even never seen Clearly for Art film, I had to improvise something else.
This is another cool technique by Tim, I dipped paper flower into UTEE and bit of sprinkle of perfect pearl. It's difficult to see on this photo, but I made it shiny plastic flower.
