pigment powder

Today, using perfect pearls!
Most of the time, I use them with water as a mist, or mix with water for water coloring. I rarely use it as powder.
For this card, to make sure a recipient won't get pearlescent all over her hands, I spray water slightly.
I also rarely use perfect pearls with color. Although I own only 6 colors,  I found it's fun to use many different color! Now, I want to have more variation of the color!

iron-off embossing

Today, I made an irregular size card, ...well... this measurement fits for the stamp ....
I used Colorbox Queue Ink for gradation effect. This is my most favourite way of making gradation.
I really love Queue Ink sets. It's perfect for making beautiful gradation with nice color combination. When I can't decide or think suitable colour, I always ask help to my Queue Ink!

Day2: emboss resist

Stretch Your Stamps Day2!
I again don't have a Papillon Stamp Set, in fact... surprisingly, I don't have any collage stamps at all! how funny thing is that?! .... well... because, I always find collage stamps are bit tricky to use for background.... the truth is, I didn't know how to use them! I should buy one now! Meanwhile I have to use what I have at the moment even though they are not collage stamps at all!!

I really love how Kristina made her card. It's actually collage "colour" too :) What a great idea!
For my card, I wanted to have a bit stronger colour, so, instead of using a Craft Sheet, I directly applied colour with Distress Stains.

stamped acetate

The last card from Day1; Stamping on acetate!
This is actually difficult technique... it's just stamping, but it's very difficult!
I stamped with Ranger Archival Ink, but somehow it's never got dry, so I changed it to Stazon and it worked very well. For Acetate, it has to be with Stazon ink.
The good thing about stamping on acetate is that if I don't like it, I can just wipe off with a Cleaner, so that I can re-stamp as many times as I want.
I re-stamped at least 5 times! It still looks slipped stamping... but.... this one was my best ....!
