mirror image

Mirror image stamping is very useful technique indeed.
I have many cute animal stamps. The problem was they look at one way!
I've often thought "if they had looked at other direction, I could've used more.... "
So! this technique is enlightenment for me. What a wonderful technique.

I've tried stamping on acetate, but it was a bit difficult .... I need to practice more!!
meanwhile, I used a back of clear stamp which was a lot easier for me to stamp back. Also using Pigment ink helps as well.

circle card

I made a circle card with a sketch by Kristina.
I really LOVE circle cards! I want to make more, but cutting out circles are so difficult!
Kristina and Julie cut out circles so easily, but I always find difficult.
Even though I make sure paper is not moving & a cutter is not moving, some how a blade is stuck or something to happen.
I confess!! I have several circle cutters!! Martha Stewart circle cutter would be better & easier than anything else, but still I have to practice more.
I always end up with Spellbinders Nestabilities cirlces....
I'm still happy with this card, BUT, I cut out more than 10 circles which were all totally rubbish!!
I guess I need daily circle cutting practice!!

one layer card

I made a one-layer card with using a coloring technique on White ink and a sketch by Kristina.

I always avoid to buy large stamps. I thought it's difficult to use on cards, but! they it isn't! in fact it would be very nice on even small cards. I must buy some! I have only few large stamps.

This is my second window card.
I added dimension to the flower. When it's closed, the flower is a little bit popped up.
I think it's nice...

VAGABOND! VAGABOND is REALLY fantastic! I really really love it!

Time goes too quickly, this is sad... the last day of Clean and Simple today.
Although this is the Wrap-Up Day, Kristina kindly has made another fantastic card sketches for us! yay! I use her sketches over and over again, so many times! Thank you Kristina!
